About myself
Life
I was born and raised in Bavaria, and have now been happily living in Hamburg for 15 years.
I completed my studies at the University of Hamburg in sociology, psychology and gender studies with a focus on communication science and social psychology. My first career steps led me to a business consultancy.
As my career proceeded, I discovered that my greatest interest lies in the people themselves, along with their different views and goals. Conflicts and possible solutions continue to fascinate me. For this reason, in 2012/2013, I took up and successfully completed my extra-occupational studies at the Freie Universität Berlin/ Europäischer Hochschulverbund to become a coach and mediator.
Supporting and accompanying people on their way is my passion. I have been working as a freelance coach, mediator and consultant since 2014.
Philosophie
The basis for my work as a coach, mediator and consultant is my knowledge that communicative abilities are learnable and that blockades can be overcome.
Everyone has resources and there are always a number of possibilities to bring about a change and to reach our goals. Sometimes, all you need is a little support to mobilise your resources.
My strengths as a coach and mediator are my esteem and appreciation, my empathy and intuition, and my respect for my clients, combined with my consolidated knowledge based on my experience and my studies in Berlin, Hamburg and Australia. Using reliable methods, I can support you in finding your own way and mastering challenging situations.
Having spent a lot of time in English-speaking countries, I am fluent in English and work as a coach and mediator in English or in German.
As a coach and mediator I am, of course, bound to professional discretion. This includes your identity and the fact of our working together.
